मेरा नाम सुभांश पिता का नाम भगवान दास है मैं ग्राम पाटनपुर थाना मौदाहा ,जिला हमीरपुर का निवासी हूं, मेरे घर की आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक नहीं है पैसों की बहुत आवश्यकता है, इसलिए मैं खन्ना गांव निवासी राजू सिंह पुत्र अजय कुमार से 2 लाख रुपए 3% वार्षिक ब्याज दर से 5 सालो के लिए ब्याज पर ले रहा हूं। पैसों की जमानत के लिए मैंने अपनी 2 बीघे जमीन के कागज राजू सिंह के पास गिरवी रख दिए हैं जब तक मैं पैसे नहीं वापस कर देता हूं तब तक मेरी 2 बीघे जमीन पर आज से ही राजू सिंह का हक हो जायेगा,वो जमीन की जुताई कर सकते हैं या फिर उस जमीन को किसी और से जुतवा सकते हैं,आज से उनका जमीन पर पूरा हक है,यह एग्रीमेंट मैं अपने पूरे परिवार की सहमति से बना रहा हूं , इस एग्रीमेंट का पालन मैं और मेरा परिवार पैसे वापस करने तक करेगे।

For the security of money, I have mortgaged my 2 bighas of land with Raju Singh, till I return the money, my 2 bighas of land will be entitled to Raju Singh from today itself, that land will be plowed. Can do or get that land plowed by someone else, from today they have full rights on the land, I am making this agreement with the consent of my whole family, I and my family will follow this agreement till the money is returned .
