महोदय,

मेरा नाम विपिन कुमार पिता का नाम राजू सिंह है हम ग्राम झलोखर,थाना राठ, जिला हमीरपुर के निवासी हैं, गांव में मेरी और राम सिंह की जमीन पास पास मे है। राम सिंह ने पास में जमीन होने का फायदा उठाकर मेरी 1 बीघे जमीन पर कब्जा कर लिया है,जब हमें लगा हमारी जमीन जितनी (6 बीघे) हमारे नाम है उससे कम लग रही है तो हमने लेखपाल को बुलाया और खेत की नपाई की तो पता चला कि 1 बीघे जमीन कम है वही एक बीघा जमीन राम सिंह की अधिक हो रही है।

साम को जब हमारे पिता जी राम सिंह के यहां गए और उन्होने पूरी बात बताई कि आपके खेत में हमारी एक बीघा जमीन मिल गई है, तुम एक बीघा जमीन छोड़ दो अब से हम उसकी जुताई करेगे, इतनी सी बात सुनकर राम सिंह गाली गलौज करने लगा और बोला हम एक फुट भी जमीन नही छोड़ेंगे, तुम्हे जो करना हो कर लो, यदि तुमने खेत जोतने कि कोशिश कि तो तुम्हारे पूरे परिवार को जान से मार देगे।

मैं और मेरे पिता जी जब थाने में राम सिंह के खिलाफ रिपोट लिखवाने गए तो थाने दार ने हमारी रिपोट लिखने से मना कर दिया और बोलने लगे जितना खेत अभी है तुम्हारे पास उतना ही जोतो, ज्यादा यहां वहा भटके तो राम सिंह पूरा खेत ही जोत लेगा।

थाने दार ने राम सिंह से पैसे ले लिए हैं इसलिए वो रामसिंह की तरफ से बोल रहे थे, थाने दार ने हमे बहुत धमकाया है बोला है कहीं और गए तो तुम्हारा अंजाम बहुत बुरा होगा।

महोदय हम बड़ी आशा के साथ आपके पास आए हैं अब आप ही हमारा आखरी सहारा है आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप थाने दार और राम सिंह के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करे, और हमारी जमीन हमे वापस दिलाने का कष्ट करें तो महान दया होगी।

Ram Singh has occupied my 1 bigha of land by taking advantage of having land nearby, when we felt that our land is looking less (6 bighas) than what we have in our name, then we called the lekhpal and measured the field. It is learned that 1 bigha of land is less and one bigha of land is getting more of Ram Singh.

When our father went to Ram Singh's place in the evening and he told the whole thing that we have got one bigha of land in your field, you leave one bigha of land, from now on we will plow it, on hearing this, Ram Singh started abusing him.
